‘ROK’ is the acronym taken from the name ‘REUBEN OKOYA’.
As a life-style, Architect Reuben Okoya has always given to the less-privileged in the society. In his benevolence, hundreds of people (individuals and families) across the nation have received cash and material donations since 2003.
Having the passion to reach out to a greater number of people, who are in dare need for assistance, he founded Reuben Okoya (ROK) Foundation in the year 2015.
Reuben Okoya (ROK) Foundation is a non-governmental and non-profit organization that focuses on meeting the various needs of the people in Nigeria beginning with Bayelsa State.
Reuben Okoya (ROK) Foundation strives to ensure a better quality of life for the people by organizing valuable outreach programmes that positively impact and contribute to their economic well-being.
Essence Of ROK Foundation
To assist in the education of the less-privileged pupils, children and adults.
To promote sports by sponsoring competitions among Youth at various levels.
To promote academic activities that stir up the innate creativity in the youths.
To cater for the general welfare of the less-privileged, destitutes and the vulnerable in the society.
To equip the youth and women through training and skills acquisition programmes.
